	Lisa Willert LISA:  L= leader I= integrity S= successful A= action. There should be a F and M in her name too as she is also very focused and motivated!  Lisa has 5 highly successful years of healthcare recruiting experience and 20 equally successful years in sales. In 2004, Lisa joined Cariant Health Partners and has been an integral part in the success of Cariant, always there for her candidates, travelers, clients, and coworkers. Lisa works hard and excells at everything she does at work and outside of work including fitness, body building, and she is also a licensed cosmetologist!. For relaxation, she watches every “Law and Order” show she can find on TV including reruns!
	Bart Parks Bart joined Cariant in March of 2004.  Bart comes to Cariant with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of success in the areas of staffing, recruiting, sales, and account management.  Bart enjoys the human element of staffing and has built many strong relationships over the years.  Bart spends his free time chasing his three kids, watching/playing sports and going to concerts.
	Marc Sindelar  Marc comes to us with over 5 years of recruiting experience placing Allied Health Travelers.  He takes pride in being very involved in his traveler’s lives and getting to know them like they are part of his family.  Marc has a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration and has three years experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the United States Air Force.  When he's not at work, Marc is home with his wife Tiffany, daughter McKenna, and his sons Stone and Sterling.
	Marie Andersen Marie refers to herself as an “Occupational Therapist wannabe” and often is seen wearing her OT cardigan! Marie became interested in the rehab field after watching her husband receive PT and OT services.  After obtaining a BA in Human Services/Personnel Relations, Marie worked for 11 yrs as a Supported Employment Specialist helping people with disabilities find jobs and become successful at work. Marie brought both recruiting and rehab experience together in 2000 when she joined our organization.  Marie enjoys the mix of recruiting, especially because our company is therapist owned. Outside of work, Marie has a passion for making/selling jewelry. Marie and her husband have 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 dogs who think they are children!
	Don Briganti Don joined the RehabVisions team in the summer of 2005. Don graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with an education degree. Don brings 3 years of sales and 2 years of healthcare recruiting with him. Don believes that you must be ethical as well as driven to be successful.
