Our job is to make your job a little easier. With that as our goal, we provide the following as part of our service to you:
- Assure appropriate credentialing of the candidate by collecting all necessary license/certification information and any other information mandated by your state.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with the candidate to determine the best skill match to your position and then perform background and licensure checks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including housing accommodations for the traveler.
- Check for outstanding complaints on a candidate's licensure.
- Provide current needed medical information.
- Tailor our services to meet the varying needs of each facility we serve.
- Employee compensation
Cariant Health Partners compensates travel employees in accordance with its policies and procedures for all hours worked including: payment of wages; tax withholdings; workers' compensation premium; Social Security and other obligations required by federal, state and/or local laws and regulations.
- Fee for service
Cariant will invoice client employer semi-monthly for all hours worked by the traveler/employee during the scheduled work week. Agency charges include recruitment and administration fees, employee compensation, payroll taxes and insurances and travel and housing costs. We can also offer an option for permanent placement of healthcare professionals on a contingency based fee arrangement.

Cariant Health Partners will provide workers' compensation coverage and professional liability insurance.
- Transfer to Client Employment Option
Upon completion of travel assignment, travel employee may transfer to direct employment of client (full time, per diem or other basis).
