We provide traveling health care professionals, specifically PTs, OTs, PTAs, COTAs, Speech Language Pathologists and Radiology professionals, in various settings throughout the US.

contract length

Our average contracts are 13 weeks in length however we can accommodate shorter or longer requests.

qualifications

For each of our employees, we complete thorough checks on background, drug tests, verification of certifications, immunizations and references.

interview process

Once you contract with Cariant, we submit to you the resumes/credentials of qualified therapists. From the list, you decide who you want to interview, and we schedule a phone interview. If you're interested in the person for a short-term assignment, we facilitate the offer and logistics.

timing

Once we get the request and have matched a therapist to your facility, he/she can usually start within 7 to 14 days.

costs

We charge an hourly bill rate. These therapists are our employees, so we take care of wages, payroll taxes, benefits, workman's compensation, professional liability, housing, travel costs, immunizations and drug tests.

permanent hires

After a therapist has completed his/her assignment, you are free to offer a permanent position for a placement fee.
