What is the process?
Because we place occupational therapists all over the country and in a wide variety of work settings, it is important that we know your needs. A great place to start is with our "What are you looking for?" form on our website. The questions are designed so that we can create a customized placement based on where you want to live and work, activities and amenities to which you'd like access, as well as whether you are traveling with a pet, spouse or child. A conversation with a recruiter will also help further define your ideal job situation.
Your recruiter will set up a phone interview with health care facilities and provide interview feedback. Once you receive an offer then we start coordinating logistics for transportation and housing. We will help you become licensed and pay for it too. Your relationship with your recruiter doesn't end when you start your occupational therapy job. We'll make sure to regularly check in with you and start working on the next occupational therapist placement.
